Vanillagreen Protein Shake

I have started to experiment with protein powders lately, putting some in my smoothies, baked goods, and oatmeal. It's a great addition to any diet if you find that you are not getting your daily intake from other sources like meat, beans/nuts, and dairy. I like brands like Tera's Whey, Orgain, and Vegaone, which all contain natural ingredients. 

Ingredients
1 1/2 c unsweetened original almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 frozen avocado 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 large handfuls of spinach
Ice (if you so desire)

Directions
Blend it, people.
