Thai Basil Pesto

Pesto goes well with so many things! Pizza, pasta, bruschetta, meat, and even vegetables...
I love to experiment with other nuts and cheese to create an unconventional, but still delicious taste :)

Ingredients
4 c thai basil
3/4 c raw walnuts 
1/2 c parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/3 c olive oil
1/2 tsp salt 

Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender and transfer to air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. You may also freeze it.
