Red Velvet Fudge

My favorite cupcake to have is a red velvet with cream cheese frosting! The only problem with red velvet is the harmful dyes... that we all should stay away from. This recipe is inspired by both the chocolate taste and color of red velvet, without the artificial aspect.
Ingredients
1/4 c beet juice (no pulp)
1 c coconut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook on low heat until all is well combined. Pour mixture into container and let set in fridge overnight.
