Quinoa Blondies

Even though I'm a brunette, I love blondies. This recipe is inspired by the old time favorite chocolate chip blondie, but without the refined sugars.
Ingredients
3/4 cup quinoa flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup natural nut/seed butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 F. Thoroughly spray an 8x8 ceramic baking dish and set aside, Beat coconut oil and the nut/seed butter of your choice, while mixing in the eggs, honey, syrup, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk quinoa flour, baking powder, and salt, and add slowly to the wet ingredients bowl. Mix well. Then, fold in the chocolate to the batter. Pour evenly into the baking dish. Bake for about thirty minutes or until a toothpick goes clean through the dish.
