Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 c pumpkin purée
1/3 multigrain pancake mix
2/3 c light coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
​1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Direction 
Mix all ingredients together. Heat pan on medium and prepare as you would normal pancakes. Keep in mind that because of the pumpkin, these are very moist and may require more cooking time
