Garlic Mustard Marinade

After having lived in France, I have become obsessed with all types of mustard! Recently, I even bought a gingerbread, and hazelnut mustard at the gourmet food store. This marinade can be used for all kinds of poultry and makes a big serving, so feel free to cut in half if you are cooking for yourself (or you don't feel like cooking for others).

Ingredients 
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp raw honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup red wine viengar
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and Pepper
