Avocado Tuna Salad

This recipe is mayo free and is Paleo-friendly! I love to put it on sprouted toast or serve it on top of a bed of greens.

Ingredients
1 can tuna
1/2 avocado
1 juice of lime
1 celery stalk chopped
1 tbsp hummus (optional)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Garlic
Pepper

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. 

Note: Make sure you rinse out the tuna to get out the excess salt.
